Salary: £32-38,000 Dependant on experience

My client are experts in Passive-haus and sustainable design and believe that buildings should be designed to last and use energy and materials as efficiently as possible. Their portfolio ranges from large renovations, conversions, and extensions through to private residential and large commercial refurbishments.

The practice are a close-knit team and are made up of Architects, Designers and Technical staff. AutoCAD and Revit are used in practice, so previous experience would be essential. The ideal candidate will be familiar with either leading projects or heavily supporting on the running of jobs.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Experienced Architectural Technician:

• CIAT accredited o working toward.
• Extensive Residential experience would be essential to succeed.
• Able to work to a high standard both individually and as part of a team.
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills.
• Good understanding of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
• Substantial UK based experience working as a Technician.
• Excellent technical and detailing skills shown throughout your supporting portfolio.
