Salary: £30000-£40000 (dependent on experience)

I am searching for a creative and passionate Architect with a keen eye for detail to join a RIBA chartered practice in Dorking. The knowledgeable team provide sustainable and innovative designs to all clients and focus on providing exceptional customer service. The practice works on Healthcare, Education and Residential projects and has a range of exciting new projects on the horizon.

The successful Architect will be ARB registered and should have sufficient post Part 3 qualification experience. You will have strong technical skills, creative design flare and should have worked across all RIBA stages. Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Sufficient experience post Part 3 qualification
• Confident liaising with clients
• Worked through all RIBA stages
• Great knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
• Creative design flare
• Strong technical abilities
• Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Full, clean driving licence
• Revit and AutoCAD knowledge is essential
