My client is searching for a technically minded Architectural Technologist with a passion for Architecture to join their well-established team in North Leeds. The friendly practice provides quality and creative designs across the education, commercial, community and residential sectors. The proactive team provides services from inception to completion, and they have an exceptional reputation across the UK.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have sufficient experience post qualification and should be confident creating designs that fit the client brief. You will be happy managing your own projects whilst liaising with the wider team and stakeholders. Revit and AutoCAD experience is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Degree, HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
• Several years post qualification experience
• Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Excellent technical skills
• Positive and driven approach to work
• Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal
• Keen eye for detail
• Able to complete work to deadlines
• Local to Leeds
• Full, clean driving license
• Revit and AutoCAD experience is essential
