Who are Studio Pringle?
Studio Pringle are a family run architectural practice working in a range of different sectors including residential, education, hospitality and workplace design.
We have special expertise in workplace design and this makes up a lot of our current and incoming projects.
We are working with some of the biggest and most exciting companies in the industry, we have plans to scale and are growing.
Our offices are in Oxford Street, London and most of our work is UK based.
The role
Studio Pringle are looking for an enthusiastic technical architect / interior designer who would be keen to be part of a small but growing team. They would be expected to work on one large, or multiple smaller projects overseen by a Director/Principal and would be responsible for producing high quality project design deliverables from concept through to specification and construction documents.
Our current workload is primarily workplace projects so experience in this, especially RIBA Stage 4&5 would be ideal.
Main duties:
- Producing high quality design work from concept phase to construction packages.
- Responsible for an individual project or package of work.
- Follow SP design and operational standards, and relevant statutory requirements.
- Work closely with the project team following efficient design management processes
- Ensures project milestones and deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Be industrious, enthusiastic and enjoy working as part of a team
- Be self-motivated and able to take responsibility
- Be active in listening and have clear communication
- Be at minimum RIBA Part 2 qualified or hold an interior design qualification.
- Have minimum 10 years experience in the industry.
- Experience working on workplace projects would be advantageous.
- Fluent in Revit and AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
- Technical expertise and knowledge.
- RIBA stage 4 and 5 experience and expertise.
- Knowledge of the building regulations.
- Knowledge of NBS is beneficial.
