Salary: £31-35,000 Dependant on experience

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a long-standing client of ours in an exciting new appointment of a Newly Qualified Architect for their close-knit team! The team is made up of conservation Architects and Designers that all share a passion about restoring buildings and adapting them to be sustainable for the future.

I would be keen to speak with both Newly Qualified Architects to those with up to a couple of years post Part 3 experience. Residential experience would be essential, and you must be living within a commutable distance to West Oxfordshire.

On offer is a competitive salary, flexible hybrid working arrangements and 25 days holiday + BH.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

• ARB registered.
• Residential experience would be essential.
• Previous conservation or historical building experience preferable, or a strong desire to work in this sector.
• AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe and other industry standard software skills.
• Good communication skills both verbally and written.
• Able to complete work to a high standard both as part of a team and individually.
• Excellent design and technical skills.
• Strong understating of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
