I am looking for a creative and motivated Senior Architect to join a thriving and award-winning practice in Edinburgh. The team provides ground-breaking, collaborative designs and assists clients from project inception to project completion. The practice has a vibrant portfolio covering the Leisure, Retail, Hospitality and Residential sectors and has a great reputation which has been built over the past 50 years.

The successful Senior Architect will have significant post Part 3 experience and should have a proven track record of managing projects through all RIBA stages. The Senior Architect will be comfortable mentoring and guiding junior team members alongside liaising with clients and the wider design teams. Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Senior Architect:

• Significant UK-based experience post Part 3 qualification
• ARB registered
• Proven track record of managing complex projects
• Knowledge of purpose-built student accommodation
• Lead projects from conception through to completion
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Excellent knowledge of Scottish Building Regulations
• Able to foster a creative and collaborative work environment
• Manage the production of architectural drawings to client-led specifications
• Revit proficiency is essential
