Salary: Circa £28,000 dependant on experience

My client is multi-award winning and RIBA Chartered and work across a diverse range of projects. Their portfolio includes projects across the Education, Sports, Master Planning, Student Accommodation, Resi and many more sectors. Revit and AutoCAD is used in practice, so this experience would be preferred,

Both candidates that are just finishing their master's and those with post Part 2 experience will be considered. The ideal candidate will boast design flare and hold excellent communication skills.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• RIBA Part 1 and 2 qualified.
• At least your Part 1 years out industry experience.
• Excellent design and technical skills demonstrated in your portfolio.
• String communication skills both verbally and written.
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• Able to complete work to a high standard within the given time frames.
• Support the more senior members of the team across all RIBA stages.
• Living locally to Canterbury or keen to relocate to Kent.
• Ideally a driver's license and your own mode on transport.
