Salary Expectations: £30000-£40000(dependent on experience)

I am searching for a passionate Architect with a keen eye for detail to join a RIBA chartered practice in Dorking. The well-established team has projects across the Residential, Education and Healthcare sectors and prides themselves on creating collaborative designs that will withstand climate change. The practice creates innovative solutions which ensure that each client is provided with high-quality, tailored service.

The successful Architect will be ARB registered and should have sufficient post Part 3 experience. You will have strong technical skills and will be able to work through all RIBA stages. You will be happy working as part of a team and independently. A good working knowledge of Revit is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Sufficient experience post Part 3 qualification
• Able to work with a team to assist on multiple projects
• Keen interest in providing sustainable designs
• Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Liaising with clients, planning officers and contractors
• Strong technical abilities
• Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Motivation to develop and progress your career
• Good knowledge of Revit is essential
