My client is searching for a recently qualified Architect with a passion for creative design to join their RIBA chartered team in Newcastle. The award-winning practice has a vibrant portfolio with projects across the Healthcare, Heritage, Residential and Education sectors. The friendly team focuses on providing sustainable and innovative solutions to every client whilst coordinating designs from planning to completion.

The successful Architect will have some industry experience and should boast creative design flare and strong technical skills. You will have the motivation to progress your career within a supportive environment and should be confident working independently and as part of a team. Revit knowledge is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architect:

  • UK based industry experience (this can be as a Part 2)
  • Completed your Part 3 qualification
  • Strong technical abilities
  • Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Able to complete work to a high standard whilst adhering to deadlines
  • Live locally or have ties to Newcastle
  • Revit knowledge is essential
