Project Architect/Senior Architect

Simon Knight Architects are an RIBA Chartered Practice based in the heart of historic St Albans.  We are a small but busy office and are looking to grow and expand.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate project architect who cares about design. The candidate needs to have an excellent technical background and be comfortable in taking projects from post-planning through to practical completion.  We are seeking someone who is a team player, has good project management abilities, good social skills and is willing to take on the wide range of tasks that is required in a small office.

The practice has an interesting range and selection of clients and projects ranging from house extensions, one-off private houses, small residential developments and public sector work. 

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years post-part III experience and must be qualified in the UK.  Experience in BIM is required. Knowledge of ArchiCAD is preferable. Salary is negotiable.  We are flexible around working hours and contract but are primarily based within our office.
