My client is searching for an ambitious and passionate Project Architect to join their RIBA chartered practice in Stockport. The award-winning practice has a vibrant portfolio across the Education, Residential, Healthcare and Commercial sectors and has a strong focus on creating meaningful relationships with clients to provide individually tailored designs. The innovative practice has a passion for sustainable and high-quality designs that is evident in the high number of repeat client commissions.

The successful Project Architect will have significant UK based experience and should have great technical abilities which will be evident through your dynamic portfolio. You should be confident running projects through all RIBA stages and managing a small team. Proficiency using Revit is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

• Significant UK based experience post Part 3 qualification
• ARB registered
• Brilliant technical abilities
• Proven experience working through all RIBA stages
• Managing a small team
• Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Creative design flare
• Passion for sustainable architecture
• Completing high-standard designs whilst adhering to deadlines
• Revit knowledge is essential
• Live within a commutable distance to Stockport
