My client is looking for a technically minded Project Architect with a passion for Architecture to join a dynamic consultancy in Nottingham. The practice delivers projects from concept to completion across a range of sectors, including Defence, Healthcare, Residential and Leisure. The practice has several offices across the UK and boasts a collaborative and friendly environment.

The successful Project Architect will be ARB accredited and should have significant UK-based experience post Part 3 qualification. You will be confident leading a team and managing a project through all RIBA stages whilst creating excellent technical, client-led designs. Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Project Architect:

• Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
• ARB/RIBA accredited
• Manage a team to ensure profitability
• Progress a project through all RIBA stages
• Liaise with the client and wider internal teams to ensure design concepts are met
• Provide high-quality designs whilst adhering to deadlines
• Prepare technical packages
• Brilliant communication skills
• Confident conducting site visits during project delivery
• Defence sector experience is beneficial
• Proficient using Revit and AutoCAD
• Living locally to Nottingham, or willing to relocate
