I am pleased to be supporting an award-winning property finding and architectural services practice who due to continued succession, are expanding their current team. My client predominantly focus across the Residential and Housing sector who specialise in creating homes with adaptations and inclusive environments.

The ideal candidate will need to have previous Residential and Housing experience and a good level of Revit. The role would require elements of travel, so a driving license would be preferable to succeed in the role.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• Part 2 qualified and ideally, post qualification experience.
• Extensive Residential and Housing experience.
• Boast design flare and good technical capabilities.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
• Living locally to Cheshire and ideally, your own transport.
• Able to complete work to a high standard within given time frames.
• Support the senior staff across the relevant RIBA stages of work.
