Salary: £27-37,000 Dependant on experience

I am delighted to be supporting an award-winning and well-established client based in Clerkenwell in London, on several new technical appointments for their team. The practice have a large portfolio of work, with some of their recent projects including Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality, Retail, Sports, Leisure, Education, Residential and Healthcare, to name a few.

The practice are currently open to speaking with Graduate level Technologists through to those with several years UK based experience. Revit and AutoCAD skills would be essential to succeed.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Architectural Technology degree or HNC/ HND in a related subject.
• Ideally you will have post qualification experience, but graduates will be considered.
• Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills.
• Strong technical skills demonstrated in your supporting portfolio.
• Able to complete work to a high standard within the given time frames.
• Good communication skills both verbally and written.
• Support the more senior members of the team across all technical stages of the projects.
• Relevant sector exposure to those listed above.
• Strong understanding of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
