We want a go-getting, client-facing character, with design flair, good experience with Planning, an understanding of Building Regulations processes, and the ability to engage with Clients and Consultants confidently. Strong communication is key. You must be conversant in AutoCAD and Sketchup. Rendering ability would be beneficial.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in/ has the following: Architect, Architecture, Architectural Design, Architectural Designer, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rendering, Property Design. 

Location: Open to hybrid working, our offices are in Hereford, HR4 7PU 
Salary: £30K - £40K per annum, DOE 
Contract: Full time, Permanent
