Salary: £30000-£45000 (dependent on experience)

I am searching for an experienced Project Architect with a keen eye for detail to join a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy in Hull. The RIBA chartered, environmentally conscious team always strive to provide exceptional customer service and the highest quality solutions to every client. The Architecture team have projects across Commercial, Industrial, Food and Healthcare sectors and provide a range of Architectural services through all RIBA stages.

The successful Project Architect will have significant post Part 3 experience running projects, ideally within the Industrial or Commercial sectors and should be confident liaising with clients to produce a design that fits the client's brief. Revit knowledge is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Project Architect:

  • Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
  • ARB registered
  • Confident running projects
  • Previously managed projects through all RIBA stages, ideally withing the Commercial or Industrial sectors
  • Strong technical abilities
  • Happy liaising with clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Revit knowledge is essential
  • Local to the Hull area
