A Senior Architect job has just become available, this is an opportunity to join a growing practice and play a key part in their future development. You'll be working through all RIBA stages on current projects which consist of multi-residential developments, single dwellings, hotels, and commercial.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Architect to join a growing practice that has built an excellent client reputation and is currently working on various active projects.

After establishing their London office in 2013, our client has continued to grow from strength to strength, putting them in a fortunate position to take on permanent staff with an aim to win more projects for the practice as they grow in staff numbers.

The position being offered is a full-time, permanent position and the successful Senior Architect will be able to work fully remote, it is however important to be located and living close to London to attend site and meetings.

Role & Responsibilities

- Take control of running projects through all RIBA stages
- Collaborate with clients and the team to ensure project success
- Writing NBS specifications
- Taking client meeting minutes
- Working closely with the Director, you will be responsible for managing a Project Team Leader through all project stages and overseeing each team of 6 to make sure all client briefs and deadlines are met.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proficiency in Revit at BIM level is essential
- Experience in running projects and onsite delivery
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects within London
- ARB registered
- Degree educated with an architectural qualification
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Must have client-facing experience.
