- able to liaise with and organise other consultants and members of the design team, ensuring they are producing their designs on time and in harmony with ours
- familiar with the building regulations, planning and listed building processes and confident in being able to steer a scheme through to compliance
- self-driven, able to work on your own, whilst also being happy to be part of small teams
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- completely confident working with AutoCAD
- capable of integrating services and structures into existing buildings
- able to show a track record of dealing with a range of consultants and subcontractors

About us
We work in a hybrid format, giving our staff the benefit of both working from home and working in central London (Soho). You will work at least two days a week in central London and the rest of your time will be split between working from home and site meetings etc as required. We are a small but closely linked team, most of whom have worked together for five years plus. All our staff are highly motivated and largely self-reliant. Whilst largely managing their own workflow, they are also able to slot into various projects across the practice forming a highly focused team. We can offer flexible working hours, to be agreed upon in advance.
We offer competitive pay and a number of benefits including social events throughout the year, CPD and training, employee assistance and cycle to work schemes.
