This is a great opportunity for a talented Part two Architectural assistant to become a key member of a thriving small team who are dedicated to supporting progression and development and offer a range of lifestyle benefits. You will also be able to gain experience on a range of significant and exciting projects. You'll be joining this RIBA Chartered practice in Manchester.

The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will be well versed in Revit and Lumion with great presentation skills, excellent technical abilities and a keen eye for detail as well as post part two qualification experience.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:

• RIBA Part One and Two qualified
• Post qualification experience within the UK Architectural Industry
• Passion for design and innovation
• Boast creativity and design flare
• Experience working on residential projects
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Confident user of Revit and Lumion
• Proactive and positive approach to work
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Good technical abilities
• Ideally experience working across RIBA 0-3
• Live locally to Manchester
