About the Role

RIBA are seeking a proactive organised administrator to support an exciting transformational programme.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination for the House of Architecture Programme (HOAP), working closely with the Programme Manager, team members, and other stakeholders, to support the efficient delivery of this major programme of work, including providing support for different workstream leads.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team delivering transformational change including the creation of a new building for RIBA’s world class collection, restoration of 66 Portland Place London, digital transformation of our IT infrastructure and fundraising activities.


What are we looking for?

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to support multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in supporting a project or programme
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles is preferred.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or having worked would be advantageous.
