They are actively seeking a driven Architectural technician to join their friendly practice in Coventry. My clients are an award winning multi-disciplinary practices who's passion for their beautifully crafted forward thinking designs is showcased throughout their diverse portfolio, with specialist focus on high end, luxury residential. They have a couple of offices within the UK with a talented team comprised of Architects, Surveyors, Interior designers and technologists.

The Successful Architectural Technician will be well verse at using Revit in practice with substantial post qualification experience working on bespoke residential projects and keen to input to continue company growth.

Skills, Experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Degree, HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or similar
• Post qualification experience in a UK based Architectural Practice
• Proven record working on residential projects ideally high end
• Strong technical abilities
• Capable at producing high quality tender and construction packages
• Able to hit the ground running
• Produce technical drawings
• Work independently and well in a team environment
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Keen eye for detail
• Live locally to the West Midlands/ Coventry area
