Salary: £27-35,000 Dependant on experience
My client are a world-class engineering and architectural firm based in Hull, who are now of the look out for an Architectural Technician to join their team. The practice not only provide their services throughout the UK, but also worldwide. The practice have a diverse portfolio of work, with some of their sectors being Residential, Healthcare, Rail, Industrial, Hotels and Leisure, plus many more.
The practice are Revit users, so this software would be essential to succeed in the role. You must also have at least several years' experience working in a UK based practice.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Architectural Technology degree or HNC/ HND in a related subject.
- Post qualification experience would be essential.
- Revit proficiency.
- Strong technical and detailing skills.
- Good time management, communication and organisation skills.
- Work alongside your team, supporting on all technical stages of projects.
- Able to work to a high standard both individually and as part of a team.
- Relevant sector exposure to those listed above- house builder and modular backgrounds would not be suitable for the role.
- Strong understanding of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
