The ideal candidate for this position will have over 8 years of experience (post-Part III) within the Healthcare sector, with a proven ability to manage large-scale projects valued at over £300 million in both the private and public sectors. This role requires a candidate with a track record of actively participating in successful bids and contributing to business development efforts.

Applicants must possess a comprehensive understanding of design, exceptional leadership and communication skills, technical expertise, and proficiency in CAD skills (Revit/BIM Standards).
