Salary: £50,000- 62,000 dependent on experience

My client is renowned for their forward-thinking designs bringing listed and historic buildings back to life. This award winning, dynamic practice are leaders in conservation and heritage sectors and are keen to continue their growth by having a proactive and talented Associate Architect join their successful team in London working on a complex and large project.

The Successful Associate Architect will have proven experience and a passion for heritage and conservation projects, with proficiency in Revit and vast knowledge working across all RIBA Stage. It is essential that they have AABC or RIBA SCA accreditations for this specialist project.

Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• Extensive experience post qualification
• Hold both ARB and RIBA
• Must have accreditations in AABC or RIBA SCA
• Passion for heritage and conservation with a proven track working on these projects
• Strong design and technical knowledge
• Proven experience across all RIBA stages
• Attentiveness to detail
• Knowledge of NEC4 contracts
• Excellent understanding of current UK Building regulations
• Secure new architectural projects
• Exceptional design and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM is advantageous
• Positive and driven attitude
• Experience leading and developing a medium sized team
• Excellence communication and interpersonal skills
• Job running experience
• Experience with financial aspects and budgeting of projects
