Salary: c£28,000 depending upon experience and location
Location: North/Hybrid working
Hours: 35 hours per week, full-time permanent contract

About the Role
RIBA are seeking a proactive, highly organised Regional Administrator to join our Membership Support & Experience team.
You will be passionate about delivering quality and excellence to key stakeholders and beyond and will be the first point of contact within the North region. You will have responsibility for ensuring we provide excellent support to our volunteer groups as they plan and deliver quality events and programmes in the North.
This role also has responsibility for the marketing and delivery of regional events, supporting our members who make up our Branch networks and Regional Councils and working collaboratively with the Regional Director and Regional Engagement Partners to deliver our engagement plans.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in growth/retention/engagement environments, with a desire to help RIBA grow its member-base, retain existing members and promote our member benefits and additional products.
- Demonstrable experience of successfully supporting projects and events with demanding deadlines, on time and to budget with multiple stakeholders.
- A team player and a collaborative worker.
- Previous experience of working with social media, with the ability to assist with outward-facing communications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your communication style to suit different audiences and to network and develop strong relationships across all levels of internal stakeholders, public and professional audiences, and external partners.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and balancing conflicting priorities and own workload.
- Happy to work autonomously with little supervision.
- Experience of using content management systems and design software packages to create content using both copywriting skills and basic graphic design skills.
- Experience of financial administration and good numerical skills.
- Evidence of strong administrative skills, attention to detail and rigorous planning.
- Experience of Client Relationship Management and CRM databases.
The role will require some travel and flexibility to work evenings and weekends dependant on activity.
