Part 3 Architect or Experiences Part 2 Designer at Waldo Works

Waldo Works Studio is seeking an experienced Part 3 Architect to join its London team. Ideally you will have at least 5 years of experience. 

We are looking for someone to join our small, design-led practice in Central London. We’re looking for a candidate to work as part of a team on a range of projects. Our projects are primarily high-end interior architecture projects covering residential, commercial and hospitality fit-outs and refurbishments, as well as extensions and new builds in the UK and abroad. Applicants should be comfortable producing concept and construction information at all RIBA stages. Experience of interior design and detailing joinery a must. Collaborative and self motivating with a adaptable and creative outlook, the applicants should be ready to get involved in a huge variety of design challenges, scales and outputs.

Roles and responsibilities:

-Have managed £500K+ construction projects successfully in hospitality, residential or retail
-Be able to manage workload across several projects
-Meet strict deadlines and work to budgets while maintaining quality and consistency
-Be a resourceful problem solver and quick learner
-Be able to demonstrate a good eye for detail
-Have some experience working on interior and joinery detailing -

The candidate should ideally also:

-Have experience with Vectorworks
-Be proficient working with Macs
-Have a meticulous, proactive and efficient approach to work and projects
