Architectural Technologist Job in Cambridge, East Anglia

Architectural Technologist job in Cambridge joining an employee-owned company with 3 offices across England, they are looking to grow the Cambridge office significantly this year, and can offer up to £39,000, a yearly bonus, and 2 days WFH

My client is currently working on a range of defence, education, and healthcare projects with both public and private clients, they are looking to make multiple appointments over the next year driven by a strong pipeline across a range of sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver projects through the preparation and review of drawings, schedules, and specifications, checking for accuracy and compliance with appropriate current standards and client requirements
• Liaise with clients to assess their needs
• Produce construction and tender packages in Revit
• Secure planning permission, obtain tender quotations by orders and company procedures, and undertake contract administration and reporting to clients
• Ensure quality measures, H&S guidelines, and other statutory and environmental legislations are adhered to
• Make site visits when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years post qualification and must hold a relevant degree / HND or HNC
• Must be proficient in Revit
• Have a proven track record of delivering significant projects to completion
• Experience in Healthcare is highly desirable but not essential
• DBS is not required
• Strong technical skills.
