My client is a well-established, highly reputable firm who utilise their over 20 years of experience to deliver innovative and creative designs for a variety of building types in residential and commercial sectors. You will be joining a dedicated team comprised of Surveyors, Architects, Architectural Techncians and Planners whose expertise ensure satisfaction across diversifications, housing developments, farm relocations and new builds . This dynamic firm are keen to continue their growth and with a busy work load are seeking a talented Architect to join their team in Exeter.
The successful candidate will be a confident user of AutoCAD and Sketch Up, have technical excellence and boast some design flare.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- CIAT Accredited or working towards depending on your level
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction and material
- Understanding of current Building Regulations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Capable at taking projects from inception to completion
- Keen eye for detail and some design flare
- Confident user of AutoCAD
- Ideally you will have good working knowledge of Sketch Up or similar programs
