Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior/Associate level Urban Designer to join our team in Leeds or Manchester. As a key member, you will lead large-scale projects, drive business development, and mentor a team of passionate professionals.


  • 10+ years of professional experience RIBA Part 3 or ARB registration, possibly CMLI
  • And or recognised Practitioner of the Urban Design Group or Academician of the Academy of Urbanism
  • Proven leadership in project delivery and team management
  • Strong design skills in urban design, masterplanning, and smaller-scale architecture
  • Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in project management and financial oversight
