Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist:

• Assist in the creation and development of architectural drawings, plans, and designs under the guidance of senior team members.
• Conduct on-site visits and surveys to gather essential project information.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to contribute to project advancement.
• Utilise industry-standard software such as Revit to produce and amend technical drawings.
• Ensure all designs adhere to relevant building regulations and health and safety standards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop within the field of architecture.
