Experienced Project Architect/Architectural Technician

Job description

• Working within a team and autonomously to deliver high quality schemes.
• Production of accurate and detailed construction drawings to current Building Regulations standard.
• A strong working knowledge of the latest Building Safety Act.  
• Record and manage drawing registers.
• Liaise with clients and design teams to deliver projects.

Key skills

• Clear and concise communication.
• A team player who can work closely with others, both within the practice and alongside multidisciplinary consultants.
• Demonstrate good time management and self-organisation.
• Understanding and working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, understanding of NBS specifications and construction methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Building Safety Act.
• On Site Experience.
• Computer literate – must be proficient at Revit as we are a Revit-based practice. Experience in AutoCAD is also required.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
