This client is an award-winning studio based in London and consists of Architects, Interior Designers and Master Planners who work on a variety of projects across residential, mixed-use, workplace, retail, education and more.

They are now looking for a Senior Architect with strong design/front-end design skills to lead and manage teams throughout projects.

This practice also offers and encourages career development and growth, with many recent promotions within the practice, they hope to make even more over the next year or so!

Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of projects and leading teams throughout various stages
• Report to the management team on all aspects of projects
• Mentor Architects and Architectural Assistants
• Present to clients and consultants
• Work with clients and develop relationships.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' experience post part III qualification
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and general planning policy
• Experience on retrofit, workplace, residential and/or retail projects in the UK
• Experience working on listed buildings is a bonus
• Excellent Revit skills are essential
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Contract administration knowledge
• Excellent design and technical skills
• Experience leading medium to large-scale projects across all RIBA stages
• Understand and develop strategies towards winning work
• Confident communicator within practice and towards clients, contractors etc
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal is essential.
