Architectural Technologist Job in North Yorkshire, this is an opportunity to join an AJ100 company working on healthcare projects across the UK. They are offering up to £40,000, Hybrid/Flexible working, and 25 days holiday + Bank holidays

My client is a growing company with 4 offices across the northwest and northeast established 40 years ago. They are known for their work in large-scale residential developments and healthcare projects throughout the UK.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver projects through the preparation and review of drawings, schedules, and specifications, checking for accuracy and compliance with appropriate current standards and client requirements
• Liaise with clients to assess their needs
• Secure planning permission, obtain tender quotations by orders and company procedures, and undertake contract administration and reporting to clients
• Ensure quality measures, H&S guidelines, and other statutory and environmental legislations are adhered to
• Make visits to other offices and project sites when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years post qualification and must hold relevant degree
• Holds a current site CSCS card or is prepared to immediately attain
• MCIAT accreditation or are working toward it
• Must be proficient in Revit
• Project Leader experience with a passion for developing others
• Have a proven track record of developing and maintaining successful client relationships
• Have a proven track record of delivering significant projects to completion
• Experience in Healthcare is highly desirable but not essential
• Strong technical skills.
