Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop detailed technical drawings and documentation.
• Utilise Revit software proficiently to create accurate and detailed architectural models and drawings.
• Contribute to the design development process by providing technical expertise and insights.
• Produce documentation for large-scale commercial projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Technician, preferably on large-scale commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Revit software is essential.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to produce detailed drawings and documentation.
• Knowledge of building regulations and construction standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant qualifications in architecture or a related field.
