Project Architect Job in Stockport, Greater Manchester

Project Architect job is now available in my client's studio located in Stockport. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered Practice working on education projects predominantly across the Northwest.

The successful candidate will be an integral member of the team managing projects from planning through to delivery and reporting to the directors. This includes the opportunity to work hybrid and flexible hours with early finishes on a Friday.

Role & Responsibilities

• To lead education projects from concept and planning through to construction and completion
• Create detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects using Revit
• Liaising with contractors and resolving any issues that might come up during construction
• Meeting with clients and answering queries as they come up
• Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients.

Required Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 5 year's post qualification working in the UK
• Be registered with the Architect's Registration Board
• Previous Education experience
• Project delivery using Revit software and knowledge of NBS is essential
• Experience working across all RIBA stages including project running team leading and previous client-facing experience
• BIM level 2 is desirable.
