Architect

London based architectural practice Lewis Stroud Architects are looking for a talented architect to join their design-led studio. Due to an expanding workload, they are looking for someone with at least 3 years post Part III experience, who can run medium-large scale projects (£1m+). Lewis Stroud Architects is a young, evolving team driven by a desire to create beautiful spaces and are looking for a personable individual to join their practice and align with their ethos and creativity.
The ideal candidate is technically minded, highly motivated and has extensive experience of all RIBA construction stages. You will be expected to manage your own workload, as well as supervising others in your team.

Over the past 5 years we have been predominantly working within Westminster and RBKC having a focus on properties within the Grosvenor Estate, Cadogan Estate, Belgravia and surrounding areas. Many of our projects are Listed buildings so a keen interest for working on historical buildings is an advantage.

Required skills and experience

• ARB qualified Architect
• Have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience
• Track record of working on UK based residential projects is essential
• Oversee design development with the team and detailed design development across all RIBA stages
• Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in leading other team member
• Possess excellent communication skills both spoken and written
• Skilled AutoCAD is essential
