Architectural Assistant, South West London

Wimshurst Pelleriti has a Part II Architectural Assistant job available now.

We’re a 10-year-old design led architecture and development practice working across multiple sectors including residential (new build and retro-fit), education, commercial and leisure, and we also complete our own mixed use developments. We’re looking for an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant / Part III architect to work on a multitude of project types, scales, and stages, and we’re offering the opportunity to participate in a growing practice that is seeking to develop an innovative business model.

We have a strong team ethic, with regular design reviews to hear each other’s ideas and to collectively progress our designs.  We’re passionate about architecture and sustainability and we seek to work collaboratively with clients and design teams to deliver successful projects.  We’re looking for a passionate, dedicated and highly motivated team player who will bring enthusiasm, creative thinking, and good organisational skills to our team.

Required Skills & Experience

• Practical working experience using Revit is essential
• Lumion / D5 / Enscape and Adobe Suite skills are advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years' experience PQE
• Strong presentation and design skills
• Excellent English, both written and verbal
• Based in our Putney office
