My client is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Architectural Technician/Technologist to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. As an integral part of their team, you will play a key role in delivering diverse projects across the UK. The ideal candidate will have substantial UK based experience working as an Architectural Technician/ Technologist and ideally, strong skills in Revit. As part of this role, you will be engaged in some substantial technical packages covering sectors such as retirement living, community buildings and hotel/leisure but not restricted to these.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician/ Technologist:

• Assist in the design and delivery of projects across various sectors including retirement living, community buildings and hotel/leisure.
• Work closely with project teams throughout the RIBA stages of work, contributing to design development and technical solutions.
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation in line with project requirements and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct site visits and surveys as needed to support project development and construction phases.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Proficiency in Revit and other industry standard software's would be preferred.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
