• Lead projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and contractors to ensure successful outcomes.

• Promote the practice to generate new business and maintain excellent client relations.
• Lead teams, manage projects, and maintain a strategic outlook to anticipate and address challenges.

Requirements:

• Professionally qualified with ARB registration.
• 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in the residential and education sector.
• Proficient in Revit and technologically savvy with a strong understanding of BIM.
• Exceptional design skills coupled with a thorough knowledge of technical and construction information.
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to drive business growth.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
