Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise to realise client visions, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered.
• Conduct surveys, feasibility studies, risk assessments, and due diligence of design and construction information.
• Prepare comprehensive working drawing packages in Revit.
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders throughout the process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification industry experience.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Strong technical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with RIBA work stages 4-6.
• Enthusiastic attitude and collaborative approach, with a passion for innovation.
• Experience working on Residential, Education and Commercial projects
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
