Job Details

An Architect job is now available, with an international architecture, masterplanning and interiors practice in their Central London office. This role will see you working on varied projects with the majority currently in the sports and leisure sector.
Established over 25 years ago, this multi-disciplinary practice has 3 offices in the UK.
This is a great opportunity for an Architect to join their London team. Experienced Part II Architectural Assistants also considered!
Role & Responsibilities
- Work through all RIBA stages from concept to completion, with current focus on stages 1-3
- Prepare and develop drawings, models and images, and other documents related to design
- Produce detailed technical construction information on projects
- Liaise with clients and display clinical engagement skills
- Report to the London Director.
Required Skills & Experience
- Part III qualified or Part II with at least 2 years relevant project experience
- Varied project experience preferred
- Experience in the sports/leisure sector is advantageous
- Strong Revit skills essential
- Experience across all RIBA stages with recent experience on stages 1-3
- Be presentable and confident with both client and contractor facing responsibilities
- Excellent English, both written and verbal + eligible to work in the UK
- Knowledge of UK planning and construction regulations.
