The Director of Property Services leads our team responsible for around 250 residential houses and nearly 6000 acres of land across Norfolk and Waveney. Reporting to the Chief Executive, the role holds accountability for key portfolios including property and land management, capital development, property advice to schools and churches, and business improvement.
This is an opportunity to positively impact lives through supporting our property and land assets to best enable local clergy, churches and schools to make a difference in their local communities.
You will need to be a strategic leader with strong property, budget management and procurement experience. With a proven track record of enabling high-performance teams, you will be passionate about enhancing the culture and values of our charity and delivering high-quality services and value for money.
This is a full-time role with options available around flexible and hybrid working.
