Senior Architects and Project Architects - medium sized practice
£40,000 - £60,000
Central London
We represent a well-established architecture firm in Central London with over 14 years of experience. Renowned for excellence, they handle projects ranging from £5 million to £70 million, spanning residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors.
The company prioritises design innovation with a sustainable focus, excelling in both new builds and refurbishments, including projects involving listed buildings. With a dedicated team of 28 professionals, they guide projects through all RIBA stages. Presently, they seek to expand its team with hardworking and passionate Architects who align with their commitment to excellence.
Key considerations: -
- A minimum of 3 years post-Part 3 (or equivalent) experience
- Capable of leading projects to delivery
- Strong technical proficiency
- Ideally experienced in workplace, residential, or hospitality sectors
- Familiarity with Revit, MicroStation, and Rhino (one or more is advantageous)
- Ability to work independently with support from the senior team
- Excellent design and technical knowledge spanning all RIBA work stages
- Day-to-day project leading responsibilities
- Lead coordination with the design team, including chairing meetings
- Client-facing experience
They work in the studio on Monday - Thursday with the option to WFH on Fridays.
