Position: Architectural Assistant (Part 2/Recently Qualified Part 3) 

Location: Brighton, UK (with travel to rural locations)

Experience Required: 2+ years post Part 2 / up to 5 years post Part 3

The Role: We are seeking a talented and driven Architectural Assistant, either Part 2 qualified with at least 2 years of experience or a recently qualified Part 3 Architect with up to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess:

Part 2 Architecture or Part 3 qualification or equivalent

A valid UK driver's license and own vehicle, due to the necessity of traveling to rural project locations.

Proficiency in Vectorworks, demonstrating a high standard of capability.

A strong portfolio showcasing a significant design element, particularly in high-end residential projects.

Experience in working with historic or listed buildings is highly desirable.

Proven UK work experience in a practice environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborating on one-off high-end residential projects.

Contributing to all stages of project development, from concept to completion.

Ensuring design excellence and project efficiency.

Liaising with clients, contractors, and team members, requiring occasional travel to various sites.
