Roles & Responsibilities:

• Project Involvement: Participate in rail architecture projects, primarily focusing on stages 3-5 (developed design to technical design).

• Revit Proficiency: Utilise Revit software to create detailed designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

• Detail Design Focus: Emphasize detail design and site stages, developing comprehensive and practical architectural solutions.

• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with engineers, designers, and clients to achieve optimal design outcomes.

• Technical Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, ensuring clarity, precision, and adherence to relevant standards and regulations.

• Quality Assurance: Uphold the high standards of design and documentation expected in a renowned AJ100 practice.

• Client Liaison: Engage with clients to understand their needs, presenting designs and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.

• Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring design intent is maintained and addressing any onsite challenges.

• Project Management: Manage aspects of the architectural process, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in rail architecture.

Skills & Experience:

• Educational Requirement: Professional degree in Architecture.

• Professional Experience: Proven experience in an architectural practice, with exposure to rail projects being advantageous.

• Revit Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Revit is essential.

• Design and Technical Skills: Strong capabilities in both design and technical aspects of architecture, particularly in detail design and site stages.

• Rail Experience: While some prior experience in rail projects is preferred, a more significant emphasis is placed on overall architectural experience and skill set.

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities, with a talent for working collaboratively in a team environment.

• Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
