CAD Technician Role in Central London - Workplace Interior Design Focus

Planning Recruitment, a renowned recruitment agency based in Hampshire, is seeking an experienced CAD Technician for our client specializing in workplace interior design. This company, with a commendable history of over 15 years, is recognized for its innovative approach to office space design in central London.

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform site visits as necessary.

• Develop preliminary to construction drawings.

• Create 3D models for quote presentations and present these to clients and other stakeholders.

• Engage in active liaison with manufacturers and clients.

• Provide support to the Site Team in resolving any drawing-related queries.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with knowledge of Revit being advantageous.

• Experience in workplace architecture or interior design is desirable.

• At least 4 years of relevant UK experience in a similar role.

• Strong competency in 3D Modeling is crucial.

• Good understanding of the MS Office suite.

Remuneration Package:

• A competitive salary range from £35,000 to £45,000.

• Christmas shutdown period.

• 23 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
