The practice are award-winning and specialise in creating beautiful homes and spaces for clients across Warwickshire and the West Midlands region. Our client have grown significantly since opening and have a strong team of 18 across all disciplines.

I am looking to speak with Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistants or Part 3's who are after a new challenge. The ideal candidate will have substantial post Part 3 experience and be working towards fully qualifying. Newly Qualified Architects will be considered, and Revit is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant/ Part 3:

• Recognised RIBA Part 1 and 2 degrees.
• Substantial UK based experience.
• Good design and technical abilities.
• Revit knowledge would be essential to succeed.
• Able to complete work to a high standard both independently and as part of a team.
• Support the more junior members of the team.
• Work alongside the senior staff and management in the running of projects.
• Relevant project experience would be preferable.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
