Senior Technologist/Architect Experienced RIBA 3+

We are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our exciting projects.

About Us:

Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural technology.
* Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
* Expertise in Autodesk Revit and NBS. 
* Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality.
* Experience in mixed-use residential schemes.
* Profound knowledge of UK or Gibraltar building regulations.
* Proficiency in English.
* Ability to review technical packages and prepare RIBA Stage 3-5 packages.
* Site experience and a strong understanding of on-site processes.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with architects and design team to develop architectural technical packages. 
* Create and manage BIM models for projects.
* Ensure that projects adhere to industry standards and regulations, specifically in the UK or Gibraltar.
* Provide guidance and support to junior staff.
* Review and assess technical drawings and documentation.
* Prepare RIBA Stage 3-5 packages.
* Participate in site visits and apply on-site knowledge to project development.
