Key Qualifications
Our clients ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications and skills:

•  A minimum of 5 years or more of post-qualification experience.
• Strong design skills that showcase your creativity.
• Technical Expertise Excellent technical knowledge to deliver large complex commercial schemes. 
• Job Running abilities: Particularly in the industrial and commercial sectors.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD, BREEAM, the UK Planning Process, and UK Building Regulations.
• Client Interaction: Excellent client-facing skills to build strong relationships.
• Team Player: The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to bring projects from concept to completion.
