Architectural Assistant - Part 2 with experience - In house at boutique developer

A long standing client of Sketch Recruitment is looking to add some design talent to their roster.

This developer boasts an internal Architecture & Design team exclusively dedicated to their projects. These endeavours revolve around design-centric, high-end multi-unit residential apartments in prime locations. These projects encompass a range, spanning from 9-unit schemes to larger 80-unit complexes. The meticulous planning and execution of these projects result in a refined aesthetic and an unyielding commitment to superior finishes and products.

While they handle projects across all phases, from initial concept to delivery, they particularly require someone with creativity/front end experience.

Perhaps you have been working on competitions and love coming up with conceptual ideas for projects?
 
It would be advantageous if you have skills with sketchup, rhino, vray, enscape and they are happy to train on 2D software.
 
While prior experience in the multi-unit residential sector, along with interior and exterior exposure, would be advantageous, the company prioritises cultural fit above all and is open to considering candidates from other sectors.
